LAMB OF GOD: 'Laid To Rest' Video Posted Online

LAMB OF GOD's video for the their new single, "Laid to Rest", has been made available online in Quicktime format at this location (courtesy of Timecode Entertainment). The clip, which was shot late last month with director Chris Sims (EIGHTEEN VISIONS, POISON THE WELL),features performance footage combined with the conceptual footage that is being described as "frantic and fast-paced so that it matches the intensity of the song itself."

"Laid to Rest" comes off the group's new album, "Ashes of the Wake", due on August 31 through Epic Records. The follow-up to 2003's "As the Palaces Burn" was produced by Machine (WHITE ZOMBIE, (HED)P.E., PITCHSHIFTER, ONE MINUTE SILENCE) and includes guest appearances by former MEGADETH guitarist Chris Poland and ex-TESTAMENT axeman Alex Skolnick.
